At Gallery19, we all work very hard to stay on top of ever-evolving world of greeting cards, invitations, gift ideas, paper dinnerware, napkins, cups and all the other components needed to make any event a success. Every employee's experiences come from field testing and daily usage- not from a magazine, web reviews or just blind luck. Our staff also taps into a large creative community of professional designers and artists, many of whom shop in our online showroom. Regular conversations with this community often give us insights and feedback on what's new long before you can find it anywhere else on the Internet.

While we can't stock every brand, product, or color, our staff works very hard to keep listed products on-hand and ready to ship. We receive valuable input from our customer base on which products they want to see on our website - so please feel free to submit your ideas. Your input is appreciated and valued by our sales and purchasing staff.

There are many reasons we feel lucky to be based in Grand Rapids, MI. The biggest one being the same reason we live here: it's a highly creative community. We're not only immersed in creative products here at Gallery19, but we are all subject to this great creative community. From Artprize to the Festival of the Arts, our staff is highly evolved exhibiting, volunteering and all that it entails. We can make recommendations from real world experiences with the products, as well as draw off of interactions with the thousands of residents and artists that use these products on a daily basis. Our sales recommendations and help are based on these experiences, not by the pulp or unfounded reviews we have read in trade publications, magazines or on the web.
