What’s the quickest way to find what I’m shopping for?

In the top right of the G19 site, there is a search box. Enter a description in this box and click the search button. If a more advanced search is preferred, simply click the search button without any text entered in the field. A variety of advanced search options are made available in the main content area.
 

I love this design. How can I find out if you carry other products with the same artwork?

Simply select the item you like. Note the five digit design code in the item’s model number. It directly follows the model number prefix. Then enter this five digit code into the search box. When clicking the search button, all products within that design family will be displayed.
 

What are your shipping rates?

We do not have a flat rate for shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. The average shipping rate is $8.50.
 

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 business hours of receipt of the order. Our business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday.
 

What service will be used to ship my order?

We usually use UPS to ship orders. If you would prefer that your order is shipped via US Postal service, please indicate this in the comment section. Please note that if your order is sent via US Postal service, we cannot guarantee delivery and will not be held liable for lost shipments.
 

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order by sending an email to Customer Service or by calling 800-334-3348.
