Shippings and Returns


Your order may ship via 2 different methods, either by UPS or by United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that if an order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class mail or Parcel Post we will not be able to track the package and we will not be liable for lost (and undelivered) packages.

United States Postal Service delivery times for the continental United States:

 

First Class - 2 to 5 days

Priority Mail - 2 to 3 days

Parcel Post - 4 to 7 days

 

These delivery times begin when the carrier picks-up the order which is usually 2 business days after you place your order.

 

Orders from our site ship within 48 business hours. Packages ship from our location Monday through Friday. If orders are placed after 12:00PM EST, they will be processed on the following business day.


You may return unopened items bought online within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you need to make a return, please send us an e-mail or call us at 800-334-3348.
